Dear fellow PhD students in coastal and ocean engineering,
We’re delighted to invite you to this year’s CoastDoc PhD Seminar at TU Braunschweig. Following the success of previous years, we hope it will provide another great opportunity for us to share our experiences, exchange ideas, and connect with colleagues from across Germany.
You’ll find all the details about the program, venue, and registration on this website.
We hope to see you in Braunschweig!
What is CoastDoc all about?
CoastDoc brings together doctoral researchers from universities and institutes across Germany who are working on diverse challenges in the broad research field of coastal and ocean engineering - from coastal protection and hydrodynamics to sediment transport and climate adaptation. Our goal is to create an open, collaborative space for exchanging ideas, discussing research progress, and sharing the experiences that shape our PhD journeys.
Organized each year by a different university, the seminar has become an important tradition for building connections within the coastal engineering community.
